Our Story in La Digue

A team shaped by La Digue, the sea and the people who make each dive day possible.

Trek Divers is rooted in La Digue. Our Seychellois crew brings local knowledge of the sea, the boats and the rhythm of the island, while the whole team adds different diving backgrounds and experience. That mix helps us keep the day practical, personal and well organised, from the first questions in the office to the briefings on board.

Over time, Trek Divers has become more than a place to book a dive. It is a team and a way of helping guests discover La Digue with comfort, clarity and a human touch. For us, a good dive day is not only about what happens underwater. It is also about how easy, calm and cared for the whole experience feels.

What Matters to Us

These are the values that guide the way we work.

Before anything else, we want you to feel you are in good hands from the way we welcome you in the office to the way we share the ocean with you.

Clarity

We explain the plan clearly, so you know what to expect before getting in the water.

Comfort

We prepare the details so the dive day feels easy from the moment you arrive.

Patience

We take time with beginners, nervous divers and guests who have not dived for a while.

Care

We pay attention to your level, your questions and how you feel throughout the day.

Honesty

We prefer clear expectations over big promises, especially when it comes to the ocean.

Respect

We dive with care for the sea, the marine life and the people sharing the experience.

Trek Divers Team

A local dive team that keeps things clear, calm and friendly.

Behind every dive trip, there is a team that wants you to feel comfortable, informed and ready before you enter the water. Meet some of the people who prepare the boat, guide the dives, explain the plan and help your day with Trek Divers feel easy from the start.

Meet the people behind

Natacha

Co owner of Trek Divers and PADI Instructor

I have lived in Seychelles for 15 years and have been diving since I was 12.

Diving has been part of my life for a long time, and I love sharing that connection with guests who want to discover La Digue.

Outside Trek Divers, I love trail running, crafts with my daughter and experimenting with fermented foods.

Marcus

Co owner, skipper and  PADI Instructor

I am Seychellois, and I work both on the boat and in the water.

For me, diving is about knowing the sea, reading the day and helping guests feel comfortable with the plan.

Away from diving, I am fascinated by Japan, love Japanese anime and enjoy astrology.

Aisha

PADI Instructor and co owner of Gypsie

I joined Trek Divers in 2019.

For me, diving is about helping people feel calm, clear and ready before they get in the water.

When I am not diving or working with Gypsie, I am usually trail running, paddle boarding or walking my dog.

Gino

Skipper

I am Seychellois and joined the team one year ago.

I love being on the water, whether I am skippering, diving in my spare time or fishing.

For me, a good day at sea is one where everyone feels safe, relaxed and looked after.

Ellna

PADI Instructor

I completed my Divemaster training with Trek Divers in 2023 and have been part of the team since then.

I bring a lot of energy on board, and I like helping guests feel welcome before we even get in the water.

Outside diving, I am the lead singer in a local band here on the island.

Nerrick

PADI Divemaster

I am Seychellois and joined Trek Divers last year.

I am a patient person by nature, and I think that matters when people are trying something new or feeling a little nervous.

I love hiking and spending time in nature.

Kyle

PADI Instructor

I am from the UK and joined Trek Divers last year.

As an instructor, I like helping people understand what they are doing, not just follow instructions.

When I am not diving, I am usually watching football, supporting Arsenal or baking something.

Our boats are not just transport. They shape the kind of experience we can offer, from comfortable group diving days to flexible private trips around the islands.

What Our Guests Say

A few words from people who have dived with us in La Digue.

Many guests tell us they value the same things: feeling welcome, having the day clearly explained and finding everything ready on board before the first dive.

PADI Standards, Trek Divers Care

Recognised training, guided by people who know La Digue.

Respect for the Ocean

We are guests in the same place we love to explore.

Diving in La Digue is not about chasing the ocean or forcing an experience. It is about entering carefully, paying attention and enjoying what the sea gives you that day.

We brief our guests to dive with care, respect marine life and avoid touching, chasing or disturbing what we see underwater. For us, this is part of good diving. The ocean is wild, and that is exactly what makes it worth respecting.
